I’ve posted before about Northern Ireland’s love affair with chip shops so I thought it would be fun to provide some more info on the food of Ulster.
I have a Pinterest page with boards the cover my various interests, one of which is Northern Irish food – I added a few more items to it last week and thought it would be fun to post it here.
I would love to hear if I’ve missed anything off my list; my aim is to curate a board with all the delicacies, good and questionable, from the Province. Or maybe you have pictures of your own Northern Irish culinary creations?
My home-baked soda bread is considered authentic, and Thompson’s Punjana tea is our preferred brew, but my Ulster Frys now cater to my vegetarianism, so no veg roll or black pudding for me…
